Based on the results, we select a personalized herbal oil suitable for your current state. Afterwards, the therapist will release blockages in the Meridians (energy lines), and gently stimulate the Marmas (energy points). The Chakras are also tuned to harmonize the flow of physical, mental, and spiritual energy. Marma points in Ayurveda are described as sensitive vital points in the body where muscles, veins, ligaments, bones, and joints intersect. On the other hand, meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine are energy pathways that regulate the flow of Qi and blood throughout the body, maintaining balance among the organs and overall health. By harmonizing the flow of energy through the meridians while simultaneously adjusting the marma points, we can achieve deeper energetic release and improved vitality.
