奈良の宇陀市で大和当帰を自ら栽培し、この貴重な薬草をブレンドしたアロマオイルでベテランアロマセラピストの西田奈々さんの施術を受けられるコース。女性の体は一生を通して、またひと月を通して、ホルモンに左右されます。 規則的な自然のリズムに調和することで、日々のストレスを緩和し、健やかな身体と心を作るサポートをいたします。 最初に西田先生とご自身の気になるお身体、心の状態をお話しながらゆったりと足湯につかっていただきます。　特におつらいところなどご相談いただき施術のお時間の配分とオイルを決定していきます。 This course offers a treatment by Nana Nishida, a seasoned aromatherapist, using aroma oil blended with this precious medicinal herb Yamato Toki, which she cultivates herself in Uda City, Nara. A woman's body is affected by hormones throughout her life and throughout the month. By harmonizing with regular natural rhythms, we can help alleviate daily stress and create a healthy body and mind. First, you will have a relaxing footbath while discussing with Dr. Nishida your own physical and mental state of concern.
