経絡という名称は宇宙の氣が循環する通り道を表現しています。私たちの身体には主に１２経絡が存在し、生命の氣を１２臓腑から肌の表面へ、また外界から体の中心部へと巡らせています。痛みや病気は経絡の一部が氣を供給しなくなって、ある部位に不足(虚)し、ほかの部位に渋滞(実)していることを示しています。優しい進展法と深い持続圧によって、氣の流れを新鮮な湧き水のように促して経絡を補い(虚実補瀉)、筋骨格系や神経系も自然と活性化します。日本古来の民間療法と武術では本来、平衡感覚や生命の源は臍下丹田にあると考え、腹部(腹診)と脊柱(後背診)に重点を当てながら経絡を健全な状態に戻していくことが目的です。 経絡で体を整えた後は、体の巡りを良くするお茶で心も整えましょう。 The term keiraku in Japanese stands for “meridian” or “vessel”, through which life energy flows.
